To qualify for a return, all items must be in their original condition and returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are not marked as final sale.

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in like-new condition.
• Tags should be attached, and items must be in their original packaging.
• Items should be free of odors such as smoke or perfume.
• No makeup, deodorant, or tan marks should be present.
• Items returned outside the 30-day return period or showing signs of wear or washing will not be accepted.

Only full-priced items and items that are not clearly marked as final sale may be returned. We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any items clearly marked as final sale, except in the rare event of them being faulty. All final sale items are tagged with 'FINAL SALE' on the product page for easy identification. Feel free to reach out to our customer service for assistance with sizing before making a purchase.

Sale items marked down by 10%-20% are eligible for return for store credit or exchange only. The exchange can be made for another size or color of the same item. If neither the desired size nor color is available, store credit will be issued as a gift card sent to your email. The credit will be equal to the amount you paid and is redeemable on any product of your choice

To initiate a return, please send us an email with your order number and the details of the items you'd like to return, along with the reason. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, store credit or a refund will be issued to you in the form of a gift card for store credit and in the form of the original payment for refunds.

• Only full-price items are eligible for refunds. If your return does not meet our criteria, the item will be returned to you, and unfortunately, your refund request will be rejected. Please carefully read our eligibility criteria or feel free to email us if you have any questions.

There will be a AED10 restock fee applicable on all items returned for refund. This excludes items returned for exchanges or store credit.

• Sale items marked down between 10% and 20% may be returned for store credit or exchange only.

• Returns are not accepted for any final sale items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment minus a restock fee of AED10. Please allow 7-10 business days for the return process to be completed.

For international orders, items can only be returned and not exchanged.

All items must be returned in their original condition and meet the guidelines stated above. We do not provide free return labels and cannot be held responsible for any return postage costs as well as any duties and taxes.

If you refuse to pay customs duties upon delivery, we will issue a refund only after the product has been returned to us. Please note that a return shipping charge of $25 USD will be deducted from your refund amount
